Depending on the humidity where you will be creating these little treats will depend upon the amount of moisture you will add to the mixture. If your kitchen is dry like mine, it helps to put a pot of water on the stove to boil. You may also find that you will be adding moisture to the mixture as you go along. They will dry out as you go along.
Ingredients:
Vanilla Wafers
Powdered Sugar
Cocoa
Vanilla Extract
Corn Syrup or Honey
Butter
Bourbon
You could add chopped nuts to this recipe if you like, i don't because the ball is smoother, almost like fudge.
You will need a very strong spoon (or big Cuisinart). I use a vintage aluminum flat nosed spoon, it works like a shovel, scraping the bottom of the bowl.
